Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - PCU 48's Shift : Nights / 6:30p-7a (12x4) 48 hours per week, will consider 36's Length : 8 weeks Must be willing to work the Holidays: Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, & New Years Day Requirements : TN License 2 years of experience AHA BLS AHA ACLS NIHSS Electronic Documentation required Other Details: Accepts 1st time Traveler Floating Required COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only Traveler must live 100 miles from the facility • MUST START BETWEEN NOV 11 - DEC 11 • 36 or 48 hour weeks OK • 8 Week Assignment • No Holiday RTO - Must be willing to work the Holidays: Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, & New Years Day • Floating Required Requirements: 2 years of experience Accepts 1st time travelers AHA ACLS / AHA BLS / NIHSS Traveler must live 100 miles from the facility General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be online CBLs. I can start the traveler any Sunday that you can complete the compliance documents by the deadline. Please include in the confirmation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation. Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement) if there is a decrease in census. Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty. Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as we prepare future nurses for the profession. The clinical nursing student education responsibility is expected in addition to/alongside the provision of clinical care practice in every nursing specialty at Ballad Health.
