Position Summary: Provide management and oversight to E Services, Treasury Management Operations and Card Services operations; focusing on organizational operations, efficiencies, Client service and regulatory and compliance controls. Qualifications: College Degree with a major in Business Administration or related field highly preferred 7+ years of experience in bank operations, compliance and regulation required; or related field. Excellent leadership skills, high attention to detail, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills; good problem solving, writing, and computer skills; good analytical skills; Excellent analytical, computer, verbal and written communication, troubleshooting, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal relations skills; thorough working knowledge of bank application software, preferably Jack Henry Banking's Silverlake System; competent knowledge of current State and Federal regulations, procedures and operations; high level of organization and attention to detail. Essential Duties: In conjunction with the Chief Operations Officer, provide management and oversight to various operational areas of the Bank to include Electronic Services (ACH, wire, check, and online banking functions), Treasury Management operations, and Card Services. Work closely with the Treasury Management Sales team leadership to provide excellent client experience in onboarding and servicing accounts while maintaining proper protocol to mitigate risk and ensure transactional accuracy. Provide direction and oversight to ensure operational efficiencies to achieve published SLAs and ensure that the Bank's operational processes and procedures for each areas of responsibility are defined, reviewed and updated annually. Partners with executive management and required stakeholders to deliver programs that are aligned with the enterprise goals and objectives. Use knowledge of the organization and collaborative partnerships to solve problems and accomplish goals. Work directly with operations management to lead and support the operational needs of the Bank to include data processing operations, management information systems, compliance and security (Sox Controls) and human resources. Anticipate problems; understands how a problem and its solution will affect other teams; gather information before making decisions; weigh alternatives against objectives and arrive at reasonable decisions; adapt well to changing priorities, deadlines and directions. Coordinate specific work tasks with employees from applicable departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information; report pertinent information to management; compile information as necessary or directed and provide data to appropriate Bank employees; respond to inquiries relating to the particular area and requests from Clients, other Bank Associates, etc., within published SLA commitments. Attend regularly scheduled one on one meetings held by the Bank to achieve the outcome of enhanced communication, awareness of Bank initiatives, and departmental performance improvement. Abide by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment that is free of sexual harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the work place; support risk management practices and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements.
