Sr. Enterprise Architect As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will design and optimize the IT ecosystem across the enterprise, aligning it with the organization's goals and objectives. You will also assess the current and future IT capabilities, identify business drivers and requirements. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Assess current IT environment and develop future state IT architecture. Identify enterprise business drivers and requirements for future-state capabilities. Lead analysis of industry and technology trends to assess potential enterprise impact. Build long-term strategic plans and architecture roadmaps. Maintain enterprise strategy and technology assets. Support capability-led projects, including sustainable and disruptive initiatives. Collaborate with CIO and IT leaders to design business-outcome strategies. Participate in fusion teams and support federated initiatives. Provide practical advice and best practices for emerging opportunities. Run pilots of new technologies and integrate successful ones into operations. Minimum Qualifications: More than 10 years of relevant working experience in IT Architecture, Innovation, or related fields in large complex organizations. Senior leadership experience in technology-related roles. Deep expert knowledge of current and future technical and applications architecture and their implications for business and IT. Curiosity and willingness to learn about potentially relevant new technologies and possible uses. Experience in diverse organizational setups: enterprise, vendor, start-up, or others. Excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate across teams and ensure consistency with the enterprise architecture. Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT, and data and analytics. Understanding of business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management. Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools, related graphical models, and frameworks. Insight into practices, development life cycle, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks. Understanding of various operating models and different types of agile principles, methodologies and frameworks, especially those designed to be scaled at the enterprise level. Experience in various components of enterprise architecture, business & IT principles and processes.
