This role reports into our corporate location in Germantown, WI. You will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with the company/'s business goals. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversees cross-channel customer-centric campaign execution across integrated digital platforms (e.g., paid, owned, and earned media) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency. * Collaborates with creative team (designers, copywriters, digital content creators) to develop visually compelling and on-brand campaign assets. * Leverages data-driven insights using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance for e-commerce metrics (e.g., conversion rate, ROAS, AOV). * Manages e-commerce promotional strategies, including promotions, product launches, and sales events. * Performs full range of people-management responsibilities, including making final decisions regarding hiring, disciplinary actions, performance management, compensation decisions, coaching, and development. * Manages relationships with trade publications across business units, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns to ensure effective brand presence and alignment with business goals.
