NY Pittsford Position: Admin I Customer Service Representative Pay: ***/hr Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist with maintaining and reviewing case files, filing electronically, and making inbound and outbound calls with customers. • Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. • Escalate non-routine customer issues to tier 2 Admins. • Working in a team environment, communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary. • Additional duties as assigned by leadership.
