Job Description PURPOSE/SUMMARY Manage the regional marketing communications and revenue marketing initiatives for Evident Scientific's T&M division. Collaborate with global teams to adapt and implement marketing strategies and materials for targeted T&M campaigns in the Americas. Enhance brand visibility and achieve regional sales objectives through effective communication and marketing efforts. Job Duties PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Coordination: Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives for the T&M division working in partnership with global marketing teams. Manage timelines for in-region campaigns to ensure timely and efficient delivery of regionalized materials in coordination with global efforts. May be required to coordinate and review translated materials. Budget Support: Support the management of advertising, marketing communications, and tradeshow marketing budgets to ensure regional marketing programs achieve positive ROI. Track budget plans versus actual expenses. Content Development: Develop marketing content, including copywriting and creative briefs for regional campaigns. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials. Digital and Social Media: Plan digital marketing initiatives across channels, and potentially execute on local channel. This includes email nurturing campaigns, paid advertising, and organic channels and working with a global center of excellence for messaging alignment, best practices and overall coordination. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics. Event Support: Partner with Events Manager to determine limited, strategic T&M events and partnership opportunities for the Americas region. Coordinate and execute marketing activities and presence at industry events and tradeshows. Manage logistics and promotional materials for events. Reporting and Analysis: Review and understand how standard global reports apply to regional activities and outcomes. Maintain accountability for regionally generated leads while achieving positive ROI and meeting other established KPIs. Analyze data to identify trends and insights for regional optimization. Continuous Improvement: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for improving marketing strategies and processes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness. Job Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar field of study, or equivalent work experience required. Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate marketing or revenue marketing required. B2B experience in an industrial industry is a plus. Skills: Proven experience managing revenue-generating campaigns, both for events and across various digital channels. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with global marketing leads and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive positive outcomes and achieve strategic goals. Develop and execute marketing strategies that delivered measurable results, maximizing return on investment (ROI). Expertise in analyzing campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance overall effectiveness. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing tactics, resulting in increased engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management. Superior project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment. Skilled at identifying and evaluating creative ideas, focusing on those that will create a competitive advantage. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented style. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Adaptable and customer-focused. Collaborative and team-oriented.
