Participate in sales calls and facilitate team meetings to provide coaching and support. Assign high-priority clients to team members to close deals. Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and procedures. Provide regular reports on sales activity and forecasts. Coordinate efforts with internal teams to ensure successful sales cycle. What You Bring: 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience. Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience. Strong team-building and management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Availability for travel as needed. Experience with Salesforce, ICOMS or CSG is a plus.
