We are currently seeking a dedicated Controller to join our esteemed team. Position Overview: As a Controller at Coilcraft's global headquarters, you will play a pivotal role in our Accounting Department, reporting directly to the Director of Accounting. You will collaborate with domestic and international teams to manage global consolidations, financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting policy development. Your expertise will also be crucial in supporting external tax preparation and engaging with various departments within the organization. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate global consolidations and financial reporting efforts. Manage the global annual YE audit cycle in collaboration with domestic and international teams. Develop and implement global internal controls and accounting policies. Support external tax preparation efforts as required. Collaborate with Internal Cost Accounting Functions when necessary. Engage and support other departments and functions within the organization. Undertake various Ad Hoc projects as needed to support organizational goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA Preferred. 4+ years of Public Accounting experience preferred. Strong knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with IFRS. Experience working with multiple entity structures, preferably in a multi-national company. Experience with multi-currency accounting is advantageous. This role may involve light travel, both domestic and international. Exposure to corporate tax is a plus.
