Job Description Our client is looking for a New Business Sales Developer! Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role will give you the opportunity to connect with business leaders and put your consultative selling skills for B2B sales in action. Responsibilities: Identify and engage prospective clients, build strong consultative relationships, and secure key meetings. Collaborate with internal leaders on client needs, craft compelling proposals, represent us at industry events, and maintain meticulous CRM records. Stay at the forefront of marketing trends to keep your skills sharp and support our prospects. Perform other duties as needed. Work with the Business Development team to identify groups of prospective clients in various categories (e.g., industry business types, geographical locations). Solicit new business opportunities to secure meetings with prospective clients. Perform common sales duties including communicating with prospects via phone and email, identifying key stakeholders and decision makers, scheduling and attending meetings with prospects, and analyzing their needs, pain, and available budget. Work prospects through the sales process, developing a consultative relationship. Work with our practice area leaders to discover details about the prospect's marketing needs. Create proposals addressing the prospect's needs. Represent the company at appropriate networking events to prospect and develop referral sources. Enter all pertinent prospects and customer information in the customer relationship management database for efficient reporting and historical data purposes. Foster and maintain strong prospect relationships. Stay abreast of general marketing trends and best practices. Perform other duties as needed. Requirements Requirements: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or related fields. 4-5 years of sales and business development experience. Formal sales training and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bonus points for experience with PowerPoint, Canva, and CRM software. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. A keen attention to detail, flexibility, and a proactive approach.
