Together, we can help patients get the right drugs at the right times We are currently seeking a Proposals Development Associate II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Proposals Development Associate II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in the development of client proposals, contributing to the success of our clinical trial projects, and advancing innovative treatments and therapies in healthcare. What you will be doing Leading the preparation and development of client proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work documents. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, project management, and finance, to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy and completeness. Conducting comprehensive research and analysis to understand client requirements, competitive landscape, and market trends, informing proposal development strategies. Managing proposal process workflows, including tracking proposal status, coordinating review cycles, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and timelines. Maintaining proposal templates, databases, and other tools to support efficient and effective proposal development and management. Your profile Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in proposal development, clinical research, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management software or CRM systems is a plus.
