Position Summary The Senior Insurance Underwriting Audit Associate is responsible for auditing underwriting processes to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and industry standards. The role develops audit procedures and conducts regular audits of underwriting processes and identifies areas for improvement. They maintain accurate records, prepare reports on underwriting compliance, and communicate findings to stakeholders. What will your job entail? Description: Assist WKFC's Audit team with various Audit-related-tasks, both internally (Internal Audits) and externally (Carrier Audits). Looking for an adaptive individual who enjoys a fast-paced and changing environment! Individual would be responsible for running and maintaining reports, analyzing results, and keeping accurate records. The Internal Audit role ensures our files are complete, accurate, and well-documented. Duties include: Weekly/Monthly Reporting Assisting Carrier Audit Facilitation Audit Reponses Point of Contact between Underwriting Team and Outsourced Audit Team Meeting Facilitation Carrier Requests Requirements: 5+ years of insurance audit experience Prior auditing experience with a carrier, MGA or wholesale broker Experience in Property Excess and Surplus Lines Strong skills in Microsoft Excel including complex formula Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Detail Oriented Organized and deadline oriented Goal Driven Able to balance multiple/changing tasks or projects Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment Salary: $80,000 Ryan Specialty is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The target salary range for this position is $81,400.00 - $106,837.00 annually. The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands.
