National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join the growing Human Resources department. The HR Manager is responsible for effectively managing HR-related activities including recruitment, benefits administration, policy implementation and employee communications. This role ensures that managers receive the necessary support and expertise for staffing and plays a pivotal role in employee engagement and culture development through organized events and communications. Additionally, the position involves providing manager-level benefits administration support and collaborating closely with employees, brokers and carriers to resolve issues and maintain morale. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all phases of the employment lifecycle for employees. Provide guidance to hiring managers and oversee the recruitment process. Represent NAHB at job fairs and networking events. Serve as the point of contact for the acquisition of temporary staff. Develop and coordinate HR-sponsored staff activities and events. Provide confidential advice and counseling in compliance with employment laws. Conduct New Employee Orientation and manage the onboarding process. Manage benefits administration and annual open enrollment process. Work to resolved escalated benefits inquiries. Provide backup support for HR-related payroll changes and communication with the payroll team. Oversee internal and external HR-related communication in partnership with the CHRO. Ensure accurate and timely HR communications. Track hiring, staffing and other HR related data, and prepare related reports and analysis. Provide in-office support to employees three days per week. Qualifications: At least five years of proven experience in Human Resources. Supervisory experience preferred. Experience in recruitment and managing the recruitment lifecycle. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and experience in administering them in a human resources environment. Customer service oriented. Familiarity with HR systems and payroll software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000 annually based on skills and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
