Host/Hostess AM position Marriott Savannah Riverfront Location: Savannah, GA, 31401 Skills: Hostess We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team at Marriott Savannah Riverfront. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them at tables, and ensuring that they have an enjoyable dining experience. Responsibilities: Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations Take reservations and manage the waitlist Ensure that tables are clean and set up properly Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure that orders are accurate and timely Handle cash and credit card transactions Assist with cleaning and closing duties Requirements: Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar role Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic math and computer skills High school diploma or equivalent This position is an AM position. $15 per hour.
