Develops the Kardex Solutions strategy of leveraging AI tools for automating the knowledge transfer and conversion of targeted outbound leads into sales opportunities. Your tasks Position Overview: The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven lead conversion strategies to optimize the lead conversion processes. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and strong networking capabilities to engage potential clients and tools effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and segment target leads using AI tools and data analytics to maximize campaign effectiveness. Campaign Development: Create automated marketing campaigns that utilize AI technologies to nurture leads through the sales funnel, enhancing engagement and conversion rates. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. Industry Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships within industry networks to uncover new business opportunities and partnerships. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging. Content Creation: Develop compelling content for automated campaigns, including emails, social media posts, and landing pages, tailored to resonate with target audiences. Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and business development to continuously enhance campaign strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a tech-driven supply chain. Proficiency in AI tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, , Lemlist, Lavender, Unify and more.) Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance tracking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
