About the Role Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage ongoing support for individuals with substance use disorders (SUDs) and related comorbidities. Empower patients in their recovery journeys through compassionate and empathetic telephonic, text-based, and video-based patient engagement and monitoring. Work from home with flexible hours in a high-impact, patient-facing role. Requirements for the Role PMHNP certification and licensed to practice in state of Tennessee. Active non-restricted DEA license and ideally bring experience managing SUDs through medication assisted recovery. Degree from an accredited school of nursing and a graduate-level nurse practitioner program. Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
