Job Descriptions: Lead Global Quality Assurance teams in Oxford NC, Barcelona Spain, and Salem NC and collaborate with Quality Control and Operations groups at manufacture sites. Develop and execute a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with the company's objectives. Lead the global GMP program, including audits, identifying areas of noncompliance and pursuing corrective measures until resolved. Represent the Company when dealing with the FDA and government agencies. Provide technical support to the facility and other Corporate Departments. Actively participate in new product activities, providing assistance, analysis and expert opinion throughout the development cycle. Ensures the proper investigation of product complaints received globally, determine the extent of the problem, probably causes and steps necessary to prevent recurrence. Assess the overall quality performance of all disciplines and related Corporate Departments, highlighting significant trends and identifying chronic problems, which impact Revlon's quality image and expectations. Enhance Quality Assurance programs and policies, ensuring consistency among Manufacturing facilities. Responsible for quality assessment and scorecard for third party manufactures globally Organize periodic Quality Review meetings to present KPIs on various quality parameters Responsible for the Quality audit program, including internal audits, GMP, suppliers and third-party manufacturers Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to Quality Assurance team members, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Management System (QMS), including documentation control and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes, leveraging data to identify trends and areas for enhancement. Manage Quality KPI's and objectives Qualifications: Bachelor or master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields A minimum of fifteen (15) years of Quality Assurance experience with a focus on GMPs with substantial operational experience in drug substance or OTC manufacture Experience in interacting with US FDA and global regulatory bodies/health authorities Experience and knowledge in Cosmetics Industry Strong organization skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work, project manage, problem solve and find solutions independently Strong communication skills and a proactive team player in collaborating with all key stakeholders across multiple departments and management levels Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
