Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and administering our compensation programs, ensuring they align with our business objectives and market trends. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research and analyze salary survey data to assess competitive compensation trends and benchmark positions. Evaluate job positions, classify them into appropriate salary grades or bands, and ensure accurate and consistent job descriptions. Develop and implement compensation strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs, aligned with business objectives. Administer base pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives, processing salary adjustments, promotions, and bonuses. Support performance management by linking it to compensation and assisting in the development and administration of performance appraisal systems. Prepare and manage compensation budgets, forecast costs, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations. Communicate compensation policies and programs to HRBP, providing training and support on compensation-related topics. Maintain accurate compensation data in Workday system, generate reports, and develop and update compensation policies and procedures. Guide SME's and stakeholders on compensation issues, acting as a subject matter expert and leading special compensation projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively. Proficiency in Workday HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations. HR certification (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
