About You: Driven by a passion for personal advancement and the pursuit of excellence in application development, you'll take on the technical leadership role within a subset of the desktop team. Working closely with product, marketing, and design teams, you'll coordinate the planning, experimentation, and rollout of features in harmony with our product and design counterparts. Your forte lies in constructing high-performance web experiences, and you're unafraid to delve deep into intricate code, relishing the challenge it presents. Responsibilities: Develop high-quality, high-performance features for web users using Node.js/ReactJs. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Write testable, reliable code, continuously deploying to production systems. Analyze and optimize application/platform code and/or APIs for efficiency and performance. Qualifications: BS in Computer Science or equivalent with 7 years of experience. Proficiency in responsive design and JavaScript frameworks such as React. Experience in squad model collaboration with frontend/backend engineers, product managers, and designers. Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design. Expertise in browser-side client technologies like AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and object-oriented JavaScript. Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing mail applications. Familiarity with SCRUM or similar agile development methodologies. The compensation for this position ranges from $128, 250.00 - $266, 875.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
