Machine Learning Support Engineer

Job Summary: This position directly impacts all areas of the business by implementing machine learning and big data solutions. You will work closely with multiple machine learning teams, subject matter experts, and engineering teams to support data gathering, subject matter review, and maintenance for Machine Learning Models, Algorithms, and Applications. You will assist in designing workflows and user interfaces that enable team members to work efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities: Support data curation, maintenance, and production processing of collected datasets Develop and maintain user interfaces for data gathering and review Develop machine learning applications according to requirements Run machine learning tests and experiments Monitor and optimize the quality and performance of our data collections, models, services, and tools Requirements: Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence Developer/Architect experienced in creating ML and AI based applications and systems Years of Experience: 4 or more years of experience BS, or graduate degree in either Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field General software development experience including architecture design, programming, testing, and deployment Experience with data curation, cleaning, storage, management, and governance Ability to work in fast paced collaborative team-based environments with both local and remote colleagues Must be eligible for and maintain a Secret Clearance Desired Programming Languages: Python - including libraries such as NumPy, matplotlib, and Keras/Tensorflow or other ML stack C++ C# - including libraries such as .Net Core SQL JavaScript Desired Technical Skills: ETL experience - working with Postgres and various other relational databases, csv file import, working with Unicode (UTF-8) and Json Linux experience - working with filesystems, moving data, backups, and scripting Use of command line environments including bash on Linux and PowerShell on Windows Experience with Visual Studio, PyCharm or similar IDE Experience with version control systems including Git and other data versioning tools Experience or familiarity with rapid development (no code) tools like Retool Familiarity with Jenkins We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
