DrayNow is rapidly disrupting the logistics Industry by solving the first and last mile problem, starting with the intermodal freight segment. We are the first to create a real-time marketplace for the expanding intermodal freight segment of the shipping market that facilitates frictionless real-time interactions connecting Truckers and Customers to seamlessly haul intermodal loads throughout the United States. Job Summary: Manage DrayNow's IMC client needs throughout North America with a focus on mutual growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters for assigned book of business. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships within assigned book of business. Act as the liaison between clients and carrier operations, shippers, and receivers. Provide proactive communication regarding operational issues, pricing concerns, current and potential customer needs, any service shortfalls the customer may face, or any other foreseen issues. Lead in the handling of challenging client requests or issue escalations, including but not limited to accessorial responsibility or billing disputes and expedite the resolution of issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of growth and improvement to meet sales quotas. Collaborate with the senior sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned book of business. Perform demos, workshops, webinars, and other presentations to assigned clients and users. Order solicitation, including cold calling and emailing from the CRM or from self-generated call lists, at a pace determined by sales management. Spot pricing for applicable opportunities. Strict adherence to CRM practices. Qualifications Has a passion for serving customers. Can establish credibility with customers. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; formulates solutions that deliver real business value. Has a strong work ethic and competitive spirit; works diligently to meet and exceed goals. Well organized; can handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Ability to recognize and maximize business opportunities. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time Ability to Demonstrate Company values at all times: Ownership, Innovative, Respect, Integrity, Candid, Responsibility, Earned Education and Experience: 3+ years of sales and/or account management experience Intermodal or logistics experience is preferred Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses Proficiency in using Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, HubSpot and other business intelligence tools Physical Requirements: In-person meetings with Clients. Travel via air or car as needed. Standing for long periods of time at trade shows.
