Your Responsibilities: As an Accountant, you will manage various accounting functions to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across US operations. Key tasks include posting supplier invoices, reviewing expense claims, coordinating invoice approvals, and creating customer invoices. You will also prepare aged debtors/creditors listings, handle weekly supplier payments, post month-end journals, and complete bank reconciliations. Additionally, you will process payroll, prepare quarterly and year-end accounts, manage cash flow statements, and support audit requirements. What You Need to Succeed: To excel in this role, you need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential, along with a strong understanding of US accounting principles. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities are crucial. Preferred qualifications include experience with financial reporting, familiarity with Xero accounting software, and previous experience in a multi-entity environment.
