Position Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA) to join Fenergo implementation project for a Japanese bank. The successful candidate will play a critical role in translating business requirements into technical solutions and supporting the project's successful execution. This position requires hands-on experience with KYC systems, specifically Fenergo, and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams. The role requires being onsite three days a week at the NY Manhattan office. Remote work is permitted for the remaining days, following the EST time zone. Qualifications: Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or related role, preferably within financial services. Experience working with KYC platforms, ideally Fenergo, and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements. Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, write detailed specifications, and collaborate with technical teams Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including writing test scripts and managing testing processes. Strong data mapping and validation skills related to system migration Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, and Information Technology. Solid critical thinking skills. Strong organizational skills are necessary to succeed in a dynamic environment. Able to create, maintain, and leverage documentation and provide support to facilitate project team productivity and project schedule timeline across multiple workstreams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines. Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) proficiency Must hold U.S. Work Permission Desired Qualifications: Experience working in large-scale financial services projects, especially in the context of regulatory applications and client onboarding Familiarity with data migration processes, including ensuring data accuracy and integrity Experience working with stakeholders across different regions, including EMEA and the US.
