What Were Looking ForSource is looking for a Purchasing Project Manager to lead project purchasing, communicate with clients, work with our trusted vendors, and manage multiple projects from early stages through installation and completion. This role will help to implement new and innovative ways to purchase FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) while streamlining the process and saving time and resources. The position is a full time, salary, remote role and can be located anywhere within the United of this RoleThis role works with internal teams as well as local and national architects, designers, owners, and contractors. The objective is to successfully budget, purchase, deliver and install FF&E for small to large housing and hospitality projects, in addition to other project typologies. This position requires working within strict budgets, project schedules, and design visions for multiple projects simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesFrom project kickoff, work closely with internal or external specification requirements to ensure specs are staying within budget and within design constraints and visionIdentify priorities of each individual project with team membersAudit all specifications and floorplans and work with designer and/or architect to identify any clarificationsWork with local and national vendor representatives to confirm and pricing and lead time information not available on Source platformWork with internal teams to keep vendor pricing up to date on the platform for brands that we have uploadedWork within Source platform to automatically generate specification sheets for designer and client sign offWork with Logistics team to determine warehousing plan by project Generate purchase orders, review all invoices, and work with accounting team to pay all vendors in a timely mannerProcess any change orders as neededSolidify project timeline and document all estimated delivery datesEnsure timely signoff on any necessary sample or finish submittalsWork with project team to track all orders regularly, ensuring accurate and transparent timelineWork with Installation Manager to determine onsite installation dates and requirementsWork with Installation Manager on punch list items post-installationCommunicate regularly with client and team to provide project status and any updatesClosely track budget and ensure all changes are appropriately communicatedMonitor close out documentation as it is being prepared throughout the project and ensure it is completed within 30 days of installation completion.Experience and Qualifications5+ years work experience in Hospitality ProcurementProficiency in Google Workplace and Microsoft SuiteProficiency in procurement Software a plusStrong communication including excellent presentation skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environmentExcellent attention to detailIndependently oversee and manage large complex projectsEffectively work with both internal and external team membersStrong interpersonal and problem solving skillsProactively react and respond to any project concerns or issuesFamiliarity with commercial interior products and proficient in reading architectural floor plans and specificationsMeet strict and demanding deadlines on a regular basisAssociates or Bachelors Degree in project management, business management or related field preferred recblid b34phy9g2snymdnjmn3dlfti66eh40
