Sales Manager

SUMMARY Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg  is looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing sales department. You'll work closely with upper management as well as the sales associates to ensure the business needs are met. WHY WORK HERE: Time Magazine National Quality Dealer Award Winner The Sports Illustrated AIADA All-Star Dealer Award for outstanding customer service and commitment to the industry, community, and the nation Distinguished Service Citation from the Automotive Hall of Fame  WE OFFER: Medical, Dental Life and Disability 401K with Company Contribution Paid Vacation Paid Personal Leave Paid Holidays Bonus Programs Vehicle Purchase Programs RESPONSIBILITIES: Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process Build rapport with customers to establish customer network Manage the Pre-Owned vehicle inventory including trade-ins, purchase cars and vehicles from our Upgrade Department Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals Help manage all other aspects of the sales department Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars REQUIREMENTS: Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Understanding of inventory control Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM) Professional Strong work ethic Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) About the Dealership The Pohanka Family of Dealerships is firmly entrenched in the Washington DC Metro.
