Title: Retail Marketing Manager Reports to: CMO Division: Marketing OVERVIEW The Retail Marketing Manager supports the creation and implementation of events on a local level in alignment with the respective store. Key contact for in store events across the network. This role is highly operational and supports the whole network on event activations, co-operations, sponsoring, CRM and client development. The Retail Marketing Manager reports to the CMO and works in close partnership with Retail and Merchandising to align on strategic key focus areas and breaks down HQ driven brand focus areas to store level activations. This role involves adapting central marketing strategies to meet local market needs, organizing events, managing budgets, and fostering customer relationships. Further this role supports the retail organization - with strong presence in stores, working with individual store management to create and execute innovative new activation and event concepts focusing on new customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities Event Support for Store Network - Creation, Planning and Management Local Adaptation of HQ Strategies: Execute and tailor headquarters (HQ) marketing strategies to suit local market conditions, ensuring they align with brand objectives Creation: Envision new event concepts that differentiate by brand, market and target audience - work in strong collaboration with local store management and leverage local networks, places, audiences Local Event Organization: Plan, organize, and manage local events that promote the brand, attract customers, and align with overall brand guidelines. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all events reflect the brand's values and messaging, maintaining a cohesive image across all activities. Budget Management Understand local budgets and support stores with focus on the " right " activations based on business need and global strategy Oversight of Local Marketing Budgets: Oversee the allocation and optimization of local marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize return on investment. Expense Tracking (support) : Monitor spending and adjust allocations as necessary to stay within budgetary constraints. Vendor and Partner Management ( in alignment with store management) Vendor Selection and Negotiation: Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with local vendors and partners to support marketing initiatives. Quality Assurance: Ensure that vendors and partners deliver high-quality services and products that meet brand standards. CRM - Customer Engagement and Insights Support Stores with client development through initiatives to activate and reactive clients Create client lists (e.g. for events) and reporting Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to gain insights that inform future marketing efforts and improve customer experiences Follow up : define and monitor follow up actions on store level Performance Monitoring and Reporting Campaign Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs. Insight Sharing: Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and share findings with HQ and local teams. Collaboration and Communication Strategic Communication: Maintain regular communication with HQ to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies and objectives. Insight Sharing: Provide feedback and insights from local markets to HQ to inform overall strategic planning. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree in a related field Minimum 5 years experience within the luxury industry, focused on marketing and events Team player, strong communication skills and project management Comfortable to work in an entrepreneurial environment within smart budgets As a partner to the full store network, this role requires frequent travel, to be an in-store support SALARY RANGE: $90,000.00-110,000.00 per year commensurate upon experience.
