As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business development efforts. Position Summary: The Lawn Care Sales Manager will oversee our sales operations, developing and implementing strategies to grow the business, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase market share. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the green industry, strong leadership skills, and proven experience in sales management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, support, and performance feedback. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for business expansion. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and generate leads. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide updates to senior management. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining high service standards. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing data to inform business decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 1+ years of experience in sales management, ideally within the lawn care, landscaping, or green industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
