The Scope of Services for the Operations Manager's role includes managing operations of the business, coordinating team assignments, managing all aspects of the sales funnel and quote creation, working directly with clients, and implementing strategic improvements in all aspects of the business to propel the company's growth. The contracted Operations Manager must be a natural leader who will provide services for all aspects of the business. The successful contractor must be exceptionally knowledgeable in both the A/V and business world. Responsibilities Will manage the full lifecycle of the events Will manage the scheduling and job functions of the onsite technicians Need previous management experience Leading and executing all activities related to sales funnel management including lead generation, client inquiries, presentations, quotes, contract negotiations, and client management. Leading, coordinating, and participating in all activities related to onsite event management and production, as well as providing technical support when required. Requirements Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equal job experience 3+ years of supervisory experience with direct reports with full responsibility for performance management and growth Proficient with Microsoft programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, song with Virtual/Hybrid streaming platforms Video Production/Editing experience a plus $70,000 - $85,000 a year
