In this role, youll work within a collaborative agile environment, use your critical thinking skills for completing assigned technology audit activities. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be open to change and able to quickly adapt to evolving demands. They should also possess a proactive mentality and a keen willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge. Technology audit team focuses on two primary areas, Information Protection and Risk Management (IPRM) and Enterprise Technology Operations (ETO). These areas support the enterprise and play critical roles in establishing the infrastructure behind Ally's digital enablement and cybersecurity program. Ally's Technology audit team makes sure applications are effective and secure for all business divisions. This team works 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. #LI-Hybrid At this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. **The Work Itself** * You will partner with Ally technology and cyber leaders, working cross-functionally while conducting individual audits. * You will develop, implement, and document technology audit tests in accordance with Audit Services policies and procedures. * Your use of data literacy and analytics will provide consultation to management regarding emerging control practices across all areas of technology. * Your proactive communication skills with management and peers will drive alignment to mitigate customer service issues before they occur. * Your technical knowledge, creativity and improved mentality will be crucial when performing ad hoc projects as assigned to assist with analyzing Allys risk and control environment. * Your participation in Audit Transformation initiatives will be essential to the continued improvement to the enterprise and its continuing role within Ally business. **The Skills You Bring** * Relevant 4-year degree or comparable combination of education and experience (including military service). * 2+ years of work experience in audit, technology, or financial services is required. * Proficient experience in the use of Excel, PowerBI, ACL, VBA, Access, PowerShell, etc. * Relevant certification (CISA, CISSP, CIA, CPA, etc.) is preferred. * Experience using Teammate or other Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs). * A desire to creatively identify problems that potentially were not known to exist and provide solutions and/or recommendations. * Enhance your eye for business and understanding of the industry, company, and products to promote achievement of objectives and goals. * Curiosity, passion, and the skills for technology. * Analytical attitude - think before you leap. **How We'll Have Your Back** * Ally's compensation program offers market-competitive base pay and pay-for-performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
