Job Overview iCIMS is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and highly analytical finance professional to help propel the business forward through data-driven forecasts and influential insights. In this role, you will impact the business by driving continuous improvement and automation in financial and operational reporting, budget analysis and approval workflows through Adaptive Insights and NetSuite. You will also play a key role in forecasting, and developing the annual operating plan and long-range plan, as well as analyses to support growth objectives. This role will report to the VP, FP&A and will have a high level of visibility throughout the finance and leadership teams. The ability to work a hyrbid schedule (remote/in-office) from our Holmdel, NJ office is a strong preference. Responsibilities Work with budget owners and other financial analysts to manage the financial reporting and review processes and personnel planning models in Adaptive Insights and NetSuite. Support FCF forecasting and lead-to-cash performance insights Support the month end analysis of topline metrics and related optimization initiatives Identify and summarize key drivers of financial performance on a consolidated and departmental level. Develop scalable, automated dashboards to provide benchmarking and progress against key performance goals and initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve processes and work with senior leaders to support and implement these improvements. Support integration of multiple data sources, including Salesforce, NetSuite, our data warehouse, Talent systems and Excel spreadsheets, to aggregate into Adaptive Insights. Support monthly, fiscal year and long-range planning, reporting and forecasting. Maintain high levels of accuracy, integrity, process consistency and documentation in planning, forecasting, and modeling approaches Consistently ensure that business is always conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures and values Qualifications A minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance, management consulting or financial accounting and analysis. Strong accounting background and capability to model three statements Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights and Workday is preferred. Expert experience with Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to turn data into a story for our business partners. Education/Certifications/Licenses: BS/BA in accounting, finance, or related field. Compensation and Benefits The target total compensation for this role is $75,000-100,000. Compensation will be based upon experience.
