Machine Builder 2

Accountabilities: Builds components pertinent to the functions of the machines Basic understanding of blueprints and schematics Ability to comprehend job instructions Must posses basic hand tools Ability to wire junction boxes Must have knowledge of measuring skills and accurately read precision measurements Travel to shops to perform instillations Functions/Experience/Qualifications: 2-3 year of machine building experience Knowledge of welding, fabrication Knowledge of heavy rigging Safely use a drill press, small mill, band saw Working knowledge of blueprints, schematics Ability to work independently without supervision on simple assemblies Basic shop math skills Team Oriented; ability to communicate effectively and get along with fellow employees Regular attendance and daily punctuality are necessary Ability to work overtime when needed and occasional weekends required Extremely detailed orientated Clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication skills Able to multitask and have high level of organizational skills Able to maintain a safe and clean work environment while complying with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations Safety operate a forklift and overhead crane Must be able to use power tools and have own hand tools Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time Have basic computer skills in Excel, Word and email Further responsibilities may be added based on business needs
