Senior Accountant

Job Type Full-time Description The Senior Accountant performs a range of accounting functions in support of accurate and timely financial reporting for ENOC. Functions often include timely month end closing procedures, reconciling accounts, and preparation of financial and management reporting. Essential Job Duties Perform monthly close function Post journal entries; revenue/expense accruals Perform account reconciliations Audit and post subsidiary journal Complete margin and purchase transportation analysis Provide accurate and timely financial and management reports Create new agent general ledger and billing codes Prepare revenue budget and coordinate remaining budget 1099 tax reporting and compliance Assist with financial and bank audit compliance Ensure compliance with all company policy and procedures Document and monitor internal controls Requirements Required Qualifications 2+ years in an Accounting position Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field or equivalent level of prior experience Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles GAAP Demonstrated knowledge of auditing processes/practices Basic computer skills Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) Demonstrated problem solving, analytical, and quantitative skills Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal direction Experience meeting deadlines Schedule - In Person, On Site Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm If you are ready to contribute your skills and passion to a dynamic team, apply now and embark on a rewarding career journey with us!
