With parent company Carnival Corporation, Cunard is well known for its White Star Service and Trans-Atlantic Crossings. We're looking for an amazing Senior Analyst, Revenue Management to join Cunard. Cunard is one of the oldest and most famous ocean liners in the world. This is a hybrid, in-office role. You'll work in person in our Santa Clarita office Tuesday to Thursday each week. You'll be responsible for working closely with the Manager and Director of Pricing and Demand to develop strategies for North America through analysis of market demand and price performance. In addition, this role will provide reports and analysis to middle and senior management of market performance and competitive landscape for the purpose of identifying risks and opportunities for Cunard.The senior analyst will take lead in managing all things pertaining to new program releases and redeployments, including pricing and execution of project tasks for North America, Asia, Australia, and GSA/ISA markets. Furthermore, this role will support Australia market in all areas of revenue management, including forecasting, reporting, analysis, pricing, creating promotions, reviewing, and approving negotiated fares and exclusive offers. . Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the launch of new programs and campaigns for North America, Asia, GSA/ISA, and Australia markets. Take lead in analyzing and reporting general market, campaign, and short sale performance for the purpose of finding risks and opportunities. Provide revenue management support for Australia market, including forecasting, reporting, analysis, pricing, creating promotions, reviewing, and approving negotiated fares and exclusive offers. Work with the Director and Manager of Pricing and Demand to develop overall market strategy. Coordinated with UK and onboard staff on developing and executing promotional campaigns. Researches and prepares data on competitor pricing, programs, and policies. Manages communications with marketing and assist with reviewing marketing material for accuracy. Create ad-hoc report and analysis. Provide leadership to the pricing analysts in learning and setting up of promos. Liaise with marketing decisions and strategy direction and proof marketing materials. If needed, review and approve Sales requests. Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in business management / Marketing Minimum 4 years in revenue optimization, analysis, and financial management. Minimum 3 years in project management. Some experience with presenting to executive level audience. Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and Word Mid-level skill in Microsoft Power Point and Adobe Acrobat Comfortable with presenting in front of a larger cross functional team. Leadership role experience, whether by formal role or perceived as leader in various projects or capacity. Consistent and regular collaborative work with cross functional and international teams.
