Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance Conduct monthly and annual close processes Ensure timely completion of reconciliations Communicate financial information effectively to business leaders Lead the annual audit process in collaboration with external auditors Collaborate with operational and leadership teams to drive financial performance and support decision-making Lead and mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Recommend improvements to accounting systems and procedures Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field Practical understanding of IFRS 15 and 16 5+ years of relevant experience Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Leadership skills with the ability to guide both your team and collaborate with others Excellent communication skills Team player with a strategic mindset and proactive approach to challenges #PermIL2024
