Account Manager

Milestone Business Solutions, a rapidly growing professional services firm that provides Outsourced Accounting and HR services to small and medium-sized businesses, is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. We are headquartered in Indianapolis but have a national footprint. We utilize best-in-class technology, have a "remote-first" work environment, and are proud of our amazing, collaborative team. **This is a remote position with occasional required travel to the Indianapolis, Indiana, area. Candidates within a reasonable driving distance of Indianapolis are preferred.** Responsibilities: Execute business reviews with Milestone's clients on a consistent cadence to look for additional opportunities while ensuring engagement optimization Identify cross-selling opportunities based on business reviews, employee referrals, and client outreach Own the Milestone client renewal process, coordinating with our internal team to compile and review renewal data Ensure renewals are sent in a timely manner, scheduling review meetings as necessary Address client and team member questions and concerns, serving as an escalation point for team members in managing existing client scope and service issues. Identify and manage vendor and partner relationships Create a sense of community among the current client base through client events, webinars, newsletter contributions, etc. Identify opportunities for case studies, references, testimonials, and white papers Continual learning and development to ensure up-to-date knowledge of Milestone products and services Qualifications : 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client experience Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Milestone offers competitive compensation and benefits, paid time away from work benefits, and a flexible work environment.
