Identify and evaluate suppliers, conducting risk assessments and performance analysis. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to drive cost efficiency and supply assurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with business needs. Manage and monitor supplier performance metrics and initiate improvements as needed. Stay current on market trends, supply chain risks, and potential alternative sourcing options. Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and ethical sourcing standards.
