We're looking for passionate, driven, and highly motivated sales professionals to help us scale our enterprise partnerships and continue our rapid growth across the U.S. As a Senior Account Executive - Hotels , you will be responsible for acquiring key Hotel accounts and expanding into multiple departments within each property. You will work closely with well branded and well managed hotel and hospitality companies to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their workforce requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building lasting business relationships and a strong ability to close deals. What You'll Do Identify, prospect, and engage potential hotel clients in each assigned region. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, outreach, and targeted industry research. Conduct consultative sales presentations and negotiations with executive committee members, department heads and key influencers at the property level. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for growth. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Instawork's service offerings to better serve clients and improve the overall sales approach. 50%+ Travel expected What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not required). 2+ years of Rooms and/or Food & Beverage management experience (strongly preferred). Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve high performance and success. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines and reporting.
