KDS Job ID Koniag Data Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking a DAI Sr Financial Analyst with a Secret Clearance to support KDS and our government customer in Alexandria, VA. Essential Job Functions: DAI Help Desk and Financial Management Support (Objective 2). The following tasks serve to provide the contactor with a better understanding of this Objective. These tasks are included but are not all inclusive as this is a performance-based work statement designed to allow the contractor to develop the total solution for meeting the needs of the objective: Maintain, update and provide help desk operational manual. Use a ticket tracking and monitoring system to include metrics reporting capability. Document, analyze, and resolve OIG DAI related issues received via phone, email, and in-person. The ticketing tracking system shall be used to log all inquiries. Transfer issues to the DoD OIG IT help desk when appropriate. For issues that are unable to be resolved within the OIG help desk transfer to the DAI PMO (DLA) help desk, or to the DFAS Enterprise Resource Office (ERO) help desk to log, track, and drive unresolved issues to resolution, as needed. Reporting metrics and recommending focus areas for training. Assist with user account management and reporting. Participate in DAI system changes request testing and disseminate results of testing. Assist DoD OIG users by working with DFAS in support of the DAI conversion related historical file cleaning. DAI Training and Stabilization Support (Objective 4) Provide DAI training to DoD OIG DAI users from all configuration and maintenance phases to ensure they are fully capable of independently accessing and operating DAI for their job functions, to include assistance in developing and providing tailored refresher training. Training support shall include supplementing the DLA training materials for DOD OIG specific requirements so that the training materials can serve as an accurate reference following training. Training materials shall be updated and provided based on the DLA PMO's updated training materials within five business days after DLA's updates, when applicable. The following tasks are included, but are not all inclusive as this is a performance-based work statement designed to allow the contractor to develop the total solution for meeting the needs of the objective: Prepare and update training materials, desktop procedures as needed. Conducting instructor-led training as needed. Creating computer-based training as needed. Train and assist with user account and responsibility management, provide endusers training to OIG staff. Document OIG participant information and provide feedback metrics. Report Development and Support Future Capabilities (Objective 5). The following tasks are included, but are not all inclusive as this is a performance-based work statement designed to allow the contractor to develop the total solution for meeting the needs of the objective: Support future releases of DAI including ad-hoc patches, monthly patches and new capabilities, and assist with onboarding and implementation of DAI budget formulation module and future modules. Report metrics on training courses and information on number of students. Maintain approximately 20 Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition. Develop (OBIEE) dashboards and develop additional OBIEE reports and add to global dashboards. Provide support on future releases of DAI to include but not limited to: (1) budget formulation, (2) Treasury disbursing, and (3) contract writing system integration using open interface structures. Minimum Qualifications: Has at least nine (9) years of experience budgeting, financial management and government accounting. Subject matter expert with knowledge/skills in the federal budget formulation and execution process. Has at least seven (7) years of experience with ERP systems, and budgeting/accounting systems. Subject matter expert in utilizing ERP systems/financial accounting systems to reconcile, monitor/track government funding, commitments, obligations, and expenditures. A current Financial Management certification is preferred. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in accounting or related field such as finance or business administration preferred. Requirement: Secret Clearance required. Working Environment & Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
