We are seeking a Lead Platform Engineer with expertise in IBM WebSphere MQ to mentor and lead a team of engineers responsible for critical MQ services. As a Platform Engineer, you will work with product owners to craft solutions that are highly available, resilient, and scalable. Mentor and lead a team of MQ engineers Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience and scalability of your solutions Stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, and teamwork Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 5 years of experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing IBM WebSphere MQ At least 2 years of experience with AWS Preferred Qualifications: 6+ years of experience with IBM WebSphere MQ 3+ years of experience with AWS 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
