Overview Job Summary:  Provide exceptional client support and responsible for instructing all new CPAP set ups.  Ability to work with clients with initial fitting and all followup needs. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Responsible for setting up and instructing all new CPAP set ups. Implements client teaching during the initial fitting and at any follow-up calls. Ability to make necessary modifications and to fit the client. Utilize the mask guarantee program. Must be knowledgeable in the following areas:       Use and care of the Products        Fitting problems and how to solve them        Patient Rights and Responsibilities        Company's services and availability        Patient Instruction and Follow-up        All Patient oriented paperwork        Community Resources Assist with education events for patients/clients and community. Performs other duties as needed Qualifications Education: Minimum: High School Diploma or GED   Experience: Required: 1-2 years previous experience as a Respitory Therapist in a hospital setting Special Conditions of Employment Drug test Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position Compensation:    $28.00-29.00 per hour The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.  KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.
