Position Overview: As a Finance Associate, you will play a key role in assessing risk and reviewing various financial documents, including real estate assessments and building inspections. Key Responsibilities: Assess risk and review documents related to financials, real estate and building inspections. Analyze financial documents and prepare reports to support decision-making. Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and compliance. Clearly communicate findings to stakeholders, ensuring understanding and clarity. Utilize your strong Excel skills to manage and analyze data effectively. What You Bring: A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant work experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A detail-oriented mindset and strong analytical abilities.
