Sr Marketing Communications Manager In this senior manager role, you will play a pivotal role to the Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) Business, driving the strategy and execution of event marketing campaigns (both physical and virtual events) that support the therapy platforms, Patient Interface, and software categories. You will also build and subsequently lead the strategy for always on marketing efforts across platform and channels, including the ownership of the Global Marketing content calendar. Please note: Due to the consolidation of our sites, this role will start at the Bakery Square office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and will move to another site in the greater Pittsburgh area by the end of the year. This change will bring our teams in western Pennsylvania closer together to remain competitive and committed to our customers, clinicians, and patients and create value with sustainable impact. Your role: Works closely with members of the SRC business and Royal Philps, establishing close working relationships and driving for alignment across multi-functional stakeholder teams (including but not limited to Digital Services, External Relations, Business Communications). This includes developing a deep familiarity and working knowledge of the key Sleep & Respiratory Care business and target audiences to drive Philips brand engagement and preference. Develop global marketing strategies for global and NAM event campaign (physical and/or virtual) to drive audience impact in support of our key business priorities and solution offerings and leading the development of differentiated marketing campaigns to deliver on event strategies, including the management of agency/vendor partners, planning, budgeting, testing and measurement. Engaging with international market teams to ensure strategies are globally relevant, then counseling on market activation planning and partnering with internal stakeholders in developing global-level strategies for always on content across platform and channels. Build and maintain Global Marketing comprehensive content calendar, aligning to performance dashboard and ensuring it is always up to date, proactive, and digestible to stakeholders within Philips. Maintaining a deep understanding of relevant market trends, competitive activities and the latest best practices while preparing and aligning audience-based customer marketing plans and recommendations, and effectively present these to Marketing leadership and other senior stakeholders. You're the right fit if: You've acquired 7+ years of experience in marketing or adjacent fields such as, Marketing Communications, Corporate Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Event Marketing or Product Marketing related discipline, preferably in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare/med-tech solutions. Your skills include the ability to create and execute customer focused strategic integrated marketing strategies delivered via campaigns, programs, initiatives and events that deliver against business objectives. You have robust experience building integrated marketing strategies across channels including digital and social channels, customer relationship marketing (CRM), SEO and SEA; marketing processes, planning, budgeting and agency management; and managing marketing components of in-person and online events. You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, required; MBA desired in related field. The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $122,000 to $209,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
