Job Details Job Location Hulsing Hotels Kansas Inc - Prairie Village, KS Position Type Full Time Salary Range $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary/year Job Category Purchasing - Procurement Description Hulsing Enterprises is seeking a qualified Corporate Purchasing Manager This individual needs to be detail oriented and efficient with the task at hand and will be responsible for high-level duties such as capital planning and purchasing and development of project timelines. This position will also include various administrative duties as directed by the Owner/CEO. This position will require initiative, judgment, independent decision making, and people service skills. This position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Prairie Village, KS. Job Duties : Capital planning and purchasing. Material and equipment expediting. Project budgeting, purchasing, and management. Review of monthly property QA/Maintenance Inspections This position is responsible for coordinating with project management field teams. This position is responsible for communicating and coordinating with project Daily tracking and coordination of order fulfillment and invoice payments. Administrative support as directed by CEO.
