Our Foot & Ankle team is integral to the success of delivering on our mission and vision. We are seeking a Senior Director of Finance for our Foot & Ankle Business Unit. The Senior Director of Finance will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning. This role is a key member of the Foot & Ankle leadership team; partnering with the Foot & Ankle leaders to meet financial goals, derive appropriate performance measurements and assist in the formation of business strategies. This position will report directly to the Vice President and General Manager of Foot & Ankle with a dotted line to the CFO. Additional duties and responsibilities are: Lead & manage the Foot & Ankle budget through annual and periodic budget & forecast processes, including presenting to the Executive leadership team and Board of Directors. Lead regular financial reporting and analysis to ensure the Foot & Ankle organization is on track to meet and/or exceed its goals. Provide leadership, oversight and analysis as it relates to acquisitions. Oversee, direct and manage the workflow and development of the business unit finance team. Ensure finance teams is equipped and able to fulfill their roles and responsibilities. Develop and execute succession strategy to ensure continuous development of future financial leaders. Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Provide leadership in driving and executing process objections and action plans, and in supporting process leadership and project teams with information and analysis to enable them to make sound business decisions. Leadership and/or Ad Hoc reports and analysis in support of company projects. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field required 10+ years in a commercial finance position Preferred Requirements: Experience within the medical device space and/or a public company is strongly preferred 3+ years people leadership experience CPA preferred Benefits: CONMED offers a wide array of benefits to fit your unique needs.
