Crawl Space & Termite Service Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, licensed pest control operator to join our team as a Crawl Space & Termite Service Manager. This role will provide mentorship to service technicians while supporting management functions of a highly successful branch. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement across the service professionals within their branch. Focused on the development and leadership of a team who is committed to deliver exceptional service and experiences to our customers. Meeting or exceeding safety, quality, production and service metrics in a production based environment. You will be inspecting and performing pest, termite and mosquito control treatments for customers using high-quality and environmentally responsible products. You will also continuously interact with the customers and senior management. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting the Branch Manager in training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems Set up service technicians for success through targeted training programs and continuous follow-up Supports team members by answering questions and assisting where needed Assists employees in resolving customer inquiries/problems at the time of initial contact Coordinates, leads and executes daily production plans Foster team development by encouraging personal growth through obtaining additional licensure and knowledge of all products and services Ensure 100% client satisfaction through continuous training, field observation, and client follow-up Owns customer satisfaction with everything under your direction Assists team by taking customer calls as required to meet service levels Performs miscellaneous assignments as required and/or requested Performs other related duties as assigned by management Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises employees within the department Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws Why ARUZA? Requirements Qualifications: Minimum of three years of pest control service experience, preferably with prior supervisory experience Operations or sales management experience with a results-driven company State's Certified Applicator license or licensee Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test Must have a current and valid driver's license and pass an MVR check Able Work in teams and communicate clearly with team members and other leaders Acknowledges that learning and growth are keys to personal and professional success and is willing and able to share with others Attention to detail, organized and passionate Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl Frequently Required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions
