Overview: Position: Liability Claim Associate - Scottsdale, AZ Office Are you passionate about launching a career in claims with ample opportunities for growth? About the Role: As a Liability Claim Associate, you'll be an integral part of our Incident Support Team, handling incidents and complaints with a customer-centric attitude. You'll manage "Fast Track" claimsnon-complex cases that can be resolved quickly, within a 30-day timeframe. Your role will involve documenting and escalating any injuries or complaints exceeding the established threshold to a team of licensed adjusters. Key Responsibilities: Handle incidents and complaints, ensuring high-quality service. Manage non-complex "Fast Track" claims and ensure resolution within 30 days. Document and escalate cases as needed. Perform administrative duties to support claim personnel and other team members. Qualifications: Previous customer service experience preferred. Strong customer-centric attitude essential. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Why Join Us? Responsibilities: Provide support to claim staff. Summarize correspondence in the claim log notes as wells as file it in the appropriate claim, as directed by the designated claim adjuster. Photocopy claim documents, as needed as well as save documents into Claim Documents. Attach and summarize police reports. Process Documents in the Document Queue when needed. Process Bills in the Bill Queue as directed by the designated claim adjuster. Complete ISO indexing on BI claims. Review and release payments as directed by the designated claim adjuster. Compliance with service commitments as established by the team. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience Associates degree or two years related business experience required. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
