DevOps Engineer III

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a DevOps Engineer III to join our team! Specifically, we are seeking someone with the following skills and experience: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes. Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance our AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies. Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments. Maintain and improve documentation for CI/CD processes and best practices. Implement security best practices in the deployment pipeline. Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional Engineer experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with a focus on CI/CD practices. Proficiency with GitLab CI Strong experience with AWS cloud platform Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes) Solid understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Go). Experience with Terraform Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
