Application Security Architect

ACTIVE IRS MBI OR DoD TS/SCI CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR CONSIDERATION FOR THIS POSITION The Job : Develop and extend security solution architectures - estimated 25% Provide recommendations/architectural options and solutions, especially related to security for migrating existing client-facing system to containers and to the Cloud - estimated 25% Coordinate team activities related to security vulnerability remediation and responding to customer requests - estimated 15% Attend meetings and provide recommendations related to the Portal within which current applications run - 15% Maintain and/or create contractual deliverables in accordance with current templates - estimated 10% Provide LoE estimates for Impact Assessments and VROMs - estimated 5% Provide recommendations for implementing DevSecOps practices - estimated 5% Required Experience which must be on YOUR RESUME: Experience developing, in collaboration with stakeholders, including customers, partners, project teams, and vendors, security architectures for large, complex programs - 8+ years Experience in leading team(s) of architects and/or developers - 8+ years Strong customer communication skills, both oral and written - 8+ years Experience developing security architecture for applications running in the Cloud - 5+ years Experience developing security architecture for applications running in containers - 5+ years Experience developing security solutions for AWS GovCloud - 4+ years Experience with microservices security - 4+ years Experience with architecting Spring Boot applications - 4+ years Experience enhancing Portal architectures - 4+ years Experience in developing DevSecOps solutions on complex projects - 4+ years Experience with the Linux platform - 4+ years Experience with CM tools, such as IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) and Git SCM - 4+ years Experience developing (V)ROM estimates in response to requests for new work - 3+ years CISSP Certification
