Responsibilities : Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, ensuring compliance with GAAP and providing insights for strategic decision-making. Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end/year-end close processes. Establish and enforce internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing annual audits. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA required Strong knowledge of GAAP, non-profit accounting standards, and grants management, with proficiency in accounting software Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in managing financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
