Job Title: Production SupervisorJob Description A leading manufacturer in the rubber/plastics sector, committed to delivering high-quality products and innovative solutions, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities + Oversee daily production operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. + Implement and maintain Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement. + Supervise and provide guidance to production staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. + Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and maximize productivity. + Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. + Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards and other regulatory requirements. Essential Skills + Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with supervisory experience preferred. + Strong leadership and communication skills. + Proficiency in using production management software. + Excellent problem-solving abilities. + Ability to spend significant time on the production floor and handle the physical demands of the job. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma required; a degree in a technical or engineering field is a plus. + Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO 9001 standards.
