Summary of Job Description: The Senior Property Finance Analyst oversees escrow for CFT real estate transactions, including post-closing reimbursements from/to tenants. This position arranges short-term and long-term financing, funding for non-real estate investment projects, and prepares and analyzes management reports, focusing on cash management., The Senior Property Finance Analyst serves as mentor to less experienced team members. This position serves as lead for implementation of new functions in the Yardi system. You'll get a chance to: Oversee escrow for CFT real estate transactions, including post-closing reimbursements from/to tenants. Review all outgoing payments processed through the Finance team (e.g., payments to utility billing management companies such as Ecova, Engie, Conservice, banks, and other vendors). Arrange and oversee short-term financing as needed, including preparation of advance and payoff requests. Perform initial review and analysis of loan documents requiring legal review. Serve as a mentor to less experienced team members. Independently arrange and guide team members on all aspects of take-out loans (permanent financing), including submission of information for underwriting, environmental and appraisal inspections, preparation of loan documents for legal review and execution, and arrangement of payoffs. Arrange the preparation of compliance documents. Arrange and prepare funding for non-real estate investments, both domestic and foreign, including dividends and distributions, and review and analyze all supporting documents. Prepare and analyze quarterly investment reports, monthly management reports, and other ad hoc reports as needed. Serve as lead for the implementation of new functions in the Yardi system and act as backup for Yardi administration, including researching, troubleshooting, and analyzing intermediate-level system issues and requests. Assist in overseeing cash management, including maintaining intercompany loans and transfers, interest rates, and interest calculations. Oversee the maintenance of an updated and accurate e-filing system, database, and tracking sheets for the CFT Finance Team. Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position. Pay Range: P3: $90,000-$126,000 * Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
